Elabora 0.2.0: dialogues, charts and starter blocks

  • Branching dialogues with their own editor
  • Twelve charts and diagrams, ready to use
  • Starter blocks for scroll courses
  • Layers that speak, on their own timeline
  • A preview of every block before you add it

All changes

  • Branching dialogues: « Interaction › Dialogue » adds a short conversation to start from, written as a script, with a map, a table of every answer and « Jouer un chemin » to try a path. Characters have their look, expressions and voices, learners play the dialogue in the player, and the script exports as a PDF for the client.
  • Twelve charts and diagrams in « Graphiques » (key figures, bars, trend, funnel, cycle, matrix, milestones, diagram…), each saying one thing, with a highlighted item, a trend the learner can predict first, and « Afficher le titre » to let a chart’s takeaway head the slide.
  • Starter blocks for scroll courses: statements, quotes, galleries, columns, panels, flip cards, steps, timelines, interactive images, characters, fill-in texts, matching, sorting and reflection, each starting with short words in the course’s language, and « Transformer en… » to change a block’s presentation in place.
  • A layer can speak on its own timeline: its lines, voices and blocks anchored to its words, or blocks that come a few seconds after it opens, and « Fermer le calque à la fin de sa voix » in one click.
  • « Ajouter un bloc » shows each block in your module’s charter before you insert it, with its styles beside the preview; a « + » between two blocks and « / » in an empty paragraph add one where you are, and the toolbar opens each family of blocks.
  • Your AI can run Elabora by typing « elabora »: on macOS, Réglages › Outils pour les IA installs the command; on Windows, the installer adds it to the PATH.
  • A denser inspector: long texts above their value, segmented controls for short choices, lists as tables that reorder by dragging, and sliders, ranges and points for free objects.
  • Elabora moves a little where it helps: menus, tooltips and dialogs, opening a module and coming back home, the panels and the panel under the canvas. A line’s waveform shows its real audio. With less motion asked, only fades remain.
  • The ElevenLabs voice picker opens on voices checked with Eleven v4 in your module’s language and says how each was made; samples that could not be heard now play. A speaker can be removed from the module’s voices.
  • Dragging a screen works like dragging in the plan, and the panel under the canvas has one button to show and hide it.
  • Faster checks for your AI: an unchanged screen’s fit is reused, « elabora look » inspects scroll positions, blocks and dialogue paths, and « elabora tools call » takes its arguments inline.
  • The Rise importer reads 2026 and 2017 exports, which it refused before.
  • Reviewers’ comments arrive right after a first share for review; importing several media files in a row no longer fails now and then; the narration’s seek bar keeps playing or paused; a speaking layer’s captions no longer cover its last lines.
  • The course schemas are published as 0.1.1 with the new blocks; files pointing to 0.1 stay valid.
  • Elabora runs on Electron 44.9.2, with its latest security fixes. Apple Silicon builds ship smaller media tools.
